Speaker: Amanda Nash, BSDH, RDH
Amanda Nash, BSDH, RDH, is the Lead Dental Hygienist at Dove Family Dentistry in Puyallup, Washington, where she has practiced clinically since 2013. A graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale (Class of 2009), Amanda began her career in public health, an experience that continues to shape her passion for prevention, access to care, and whole-person health. She is also a practicing myofunctional therapist and has a special interest in oral-systemic health, salivary diagnostics, periodontal therapy, and integrating emerging technologies into everyday clinical practice.
Amanda is the co-founder of Social Six Thirty, a nonprofit dental hygiene study club committed to elevating patient care through evidence-based education and community. She is passionate about making complex concepts practical and actionable, helping clinicians confidently translate science into everyday workflows. Outside the operatory, Amanda enjoys exploring the world with her husband through travel, boating, and camping, and is passionate about giving back through volunteer service in her local community and on dental mission trips abroad.
